The best of experience was known thing of de carrer, for example: ñadis solis and mire. The Ñadi soils were formed from hologenic volcanic ash deposited on fluvioglacial strata in the Intermediate Depression of southern Chile. In general, they are soils rich in organic matter (20 to 40%) and of low apparent density (<0.7 g / cm3) characterized by having a shallow soil profile (20 to 90 cm) and by the presence of a 2 to 4 mm discontinuous waterproof layer in the subsoil (known locally as iron). The Mire, is the soil was saturated or semi-saturated with water, the vegetation that decayed accumulated on the surface, remaining semi-decomposed due to the lack of oxygen (anaerobism), thus forming a layer of organic matter known as peat.

And the bad experience was getting up early in the morning to complete the trekking of each National Park we visited and walk a lot every day. I had never known so many places in such a short time. Although that is also the beauty of that practice.

POST GRADUATE STUDIES

 This blog is about the country would I like postgraduate.

I never thought about doing a postgraduate course, except at the moment that I only yearn to finish the degree and be able to work. But if at some point I decide to do it, I would like it to be in Germany. But before going to study a postgraduate I have thought about being able to travel but to be able to improve and learn more about English.
I have thought of Germany, since several professors from my faculty have gone to that country.
Also to know the mixed forest that has grown to occupy a third of the forest area. These forests, with deciduous and coniferous trees, resist climate change, storms and insects or pest attacks better than fir monocultures, for example.
Another place I want to know is The Black Forest which is a mountainous region in the southwest of Germany, which borders France. Famous for its dense evergreen forests and picturesque villages, it is often associated with the fairy tales of the Grimm brothers.
In addition to that in Germany for years, sustainable forest management is a country policy, I think it is something very important to learn for all foresters.
In Germany, management is equal to economy. Its system takes into consideration the maintenance of habitat, plants, fauna, timber resources and recreation, while ensuring the balance between human needs and resources for future generations

My dream

The desire to study forestry engineer is born by the fact of being able to help care the environment.  In the years of study, I have discovered that exist many ways of being able to help, so any type of work where I can perform my contribution would be happy.

But something that really makes me happy be in field, either in a forest or arid zones, and be successful know different landscape and new species through my jobs. There is not a fixed job to travel a lot, but you can be an independent worker and apply for different forestry projects.

Another job I want is to be part of CONAF (Coorporación Nacional forestal) and be part of the forest fire control team, in order to prevent forests from being destroyed due to fires. This job is much more stable and It also allows you to continue traveling through the landscapes of southern Chile.

At the moment I prefer to finish studying undergraduate and be able to work a couple of years, because there are many areas that I like. Later decide to continue with a postgraduate degree, when I am more mature to make the decision. With the salary I do not want to become a millionaire but that is enough to be able to live in peace.
